Shipping / Delivery Information
We offer five different shipping options for our customers in the UK, ranging from Free delivery to next day. We also offer international shipping to Ireland.
For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Hermes depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.
- Number of items you order
- Total weight of your order
- Physical dimensions when packed
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day - orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

International Customers
Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.
We're unable to control any delays or problems with Customs or import officials within the destination countries. Please check your local legislation surrounding the import of nicotine based products before ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are stopped, delayed or destroyed by customs.

Free Delivery
For free standard delivery, orders will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri depending on the following conditions, you’ll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.

Standard Delivery (Evri) & Royal Mail
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Free delivery is available from £15 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Premium Delivery (Evri)
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Please ensure that 'Premium Delivery' is selected at checkout before making payment. Free delivery is available from £40 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 2-3 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Express Tracked Delivery (DPD)
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
