We offer five different shipping options for our customers in the UK, ranging from Free delivery to next day.
For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Hermes depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.
1. Number of items you order
2. Total weight of your order
3. Physical dimensions when packed
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day - orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

BFPO
More than 100,000 British service personnel and their families are stationed overseas at any onetime. It is very difficult for these people to order goods and access services without a UK address. BFPO Postcode Data enables you to reach all of them and overcome many of the challenges facedby British service personnel and their families when buying online or applying for financial services.
BFPO requires Number, Rank, Name, Sub Unit and Unit details must be entered above the BFPO number. This is analogous to addressee and property information with a normal address. In the checkout please enter the number as the first name followed by the rank and full name as the last name. The Sub Unit and Unit should be entered as the address, Enter BFPO and the city and finally the BFPO number as the postcode, example:

Free delivery is available from £15 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Premium Delivery
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Please ensure that 'Premium Delivery' is selected at checkout before making payment. Free delivery is available from £40 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery usually in 2-3 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Express Tracked Delivery
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Tracked International Delivery
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by11:00am, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery times vary by location, please see table above for estimates by location, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
