Update: Services during Industrial Action
The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take strike action on 13, 20, 25 October 2022.
On these dates, Royal Mail will NOT be offering any services including collections and deliveries. If you're expecting delivery by Royal Mail around these dates please allow an extra couple of days to allow for the strike action.

If your order is urgent we suggest using one of the other shipping methods available during the checkout, if you're happy to wait an extra day or two you can select Royal Mail as usual and your order will be collected on the next working day after the dates listed above.
Shipping / Delivery information
We offer five different shipping options for our customers in the UK, ranging from Free delivery to next day.
For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Hermes depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.
1. Number of items you order
2. Total weight of your order
3. Physical dimensions when packed
For same day dispatch place your order before 11:00am, orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

BFPO
More than 100,000 British service personnel and their families are stationed overseas at any onetime. It is very difficult for these people to order goods and access services without a UK address. BFPO Postcode Data enables you to reach all of them and overcome many of the challenges facedby British service personnel and their families when buying online or applying for financial services.
BFPO requires Number, Rank, Name, Sub Unit and Unit details must be entered above the BFPO number. This is analogous to addressee and property information with a normal address. In the checkout please enter the number as the first name followed by the rank and full name as the last name. The Sub Unit and Unit should be entered as the address, Enter BFPO and the city and finally the BFPO number as the postcode, example:

Please ensure that 'Premium Delivery' is selected at checkout before making payment. Free delivery is available from £40 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery usually in 2-3 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Express Tracked Delivery
For same day shipping you will need to place your order by 11:00am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
